The Thai food at the hotel restaurant was awesome. The bathroom was large and included a shower and hairdryers. The location was great, with a cable car station close to the accommodation.

The unit we got was updated with sofa sleeper, king bed instead of doubles plus big fluffy beds. The hotel was set in a very central area very close to many shopping outlets and restaurants 

Good location right in the heart of the city at market square. The staff is knowledgeable overall, but there was one person who wasn't very helpful or sympathetic. 🏙️

Enjoyed big and updated room with amazing view, felt like we were home. The position was marvellous and brilliant, eateries and a stadium are close to the hotel.

The renovated room had a distinctive design and a spacious bathroom, and the location was fantastic with convenient access to Moscone Center.

Convenient location near BART line, shopping centers, and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms compared to other city center options. Easy access to public transport and attractions like Pier 33 for Alcatraz. 

This venue is amazing with a great location, and the staff here are professional.
